About The Role
The Program Manager will lead the planning and execution of innovation programs at the Garuda Spark Innovation Hub. This role is responsible for designing impactful programs, managing events and learning activities, and supporting startups, developers, and community members through high-quality initiatives that strengthen the local innovation ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage innovation programs, incubation, acceleration, workshops, and events hosted at the hub.
- Develop program concepts including training, incubation, and community activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to deliver programs successfully.
- Manage program schedules, logistics, and participant engagement.
- Monitor program performance and collect participation data.
- Prepare program reports and insights for hub management
- Support the development of a strong innovation and startup community around the hub.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, event management, or community programs.
- Experience organizing events, workshops, or training programs.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in innovation ecosystems, startups, accelerators, or tech communities.
- Familiarity with startup development, digital technology, or entrepreneurship programs.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs or partnerships.
- Ability to analyze program data and measure program impact.
