About The Role

The Facility Manager ensures the smooth operation of the Garuda Spark Innovation Hub’s physical space. This role is responsible for managing facilities, supporting hub operations, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring the hub provides a safe, comfortable, and productive environment for programs and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the hub’s facilities and workspace.
  • Ensure the hub environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and programs hosted at the hub.
  • Manage facility vendors, maintenance services, and operational supplies.
  • Support visitor management and hub access coordination.
  • Ensure facilities and equipment are ready for hub activities.
  • Maintain operational records and facility usage reports.

Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in operations, facility management, hospitality, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in facility operations, workspace management, or event logistics.
    • Strong organizational and operational management skills.
    • Ability to manage vendors and facility services.
    • Good communication and coordination skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience managing coworking spaces, innovation hubs, or community spaces.
    • Experience supporting events, workshops, or community activities.
    • Familiarity with visitor management systems or operational platforms.
    • Ability to handle multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
